Innocent people being killed in a senseless war, six-straight-months of job losses, health-care costs skyrocketing, banks shutting down causing housing foreclosures of massive proportions, and the President wants to help:

‘It’s been a difficult time for American families,” Bush said at a press conference. “We must ensure we can continue providing credit during this time of stress.”

We don’t need credit:

Also in today’s briefing, Bush acknowledged that offshore oil drilling won’t produce more barrels of oil anytime soon, but he added, “It is going to change the psychology.”

We need a change in psychology:
